April 09 Easter and much more

April was a good month. We had lots of fun going to 4 different Easter Egg hunts. The kids got lots of candy and it was a full day. We went to Daddys house Easter morning, instead of church, and we all went to eat at IHOP. That is where Te' choosed to go. It was good food and the kids acted pretty good too. then we went back to dantes' house and the kids took a nap and he got to spend time with Tahlayne and we all watched a movie. It was a GOOD day.

Spring break was this month and we decided to go to Foam Factory with the Wilkins. It was a blast. We played in the balls and shot them at each other. The kids really liked it. WE got a great deal and will definetely go back. We ended up at Burger King afterwards and it was a FULL day of FUN!!

I started my new job this month and the kids started. Going to Daycare. This is the first time that I had to leave my sweet babies with a sitter all day long. Tahlayne did great and I just had to take pump breaks. It was super hard but God got me through it and Mrs. Rae our childcare provider is truelly a life saver. God is soo good to me.

Tahlayne
5 months now
Sits up by herself (kind of in a tri pod position, propped up with her hands in between her legs)
drinks from a bottle with ease
started eating baby cereal full time and lots of other baby food too
she also eats bits of bread, fruit, sweet potatoes, and whtever else we are eating.
loves her exersaucer

Rocky
is trying to potty train and will sit on the potty when I ask him and loves to peepee in the yard with his brothers
he is such a boy but oh soo tender at heart


Donavan
does a great job at Mrs. Raes but doesn't want Rocky to play with the other kids, just him.
Mrs. Rae says Rocky just follows him around. they are like Pete and Repete
Loves sleeping on the top bunk but fell out and really hurt his neck and had to ride in the ambulance to Scottishrite for x-rays, a scary day but everything was ok.

Kavonte'
grew leaps and bounds with his spelling and grammar. He is now right at the level he should be and his teacher and I are soo proud of him
he sleeps at Gammas house on tuesday and wed nights.
he loves his gamma
is reading at a 1st grade level and is doing well above average in his math skills
had a race in his cub acouts with a boat he made and decorated, he won 2 races and lost 2 races. overall very good.
